A virtual classroom for online courses

A class that feels like a class: the teacher walks between groups while participants discuss at their own tables.

What is KAISPACE for online classes?

KAISPACE gives an online class a 2D space with zones: one main class area for the material, and group tables for discussion. Because audio follows proximity, the teacher can "walk around" and visit each group — something an ordinary video call cannot do. Participants just open a link in the browser.

A class session in KAISPACE

The session opens in the main class area with screen sharing. For discussion time, participants spread out to group tables — each table is its own conversation thanks to proximity audio. The mentor moves from table to table answering questions, then everyone returns to the main area for group presentations. Rooms can be locked while a session is running.

Frequently asked questions

Do class participants need to install an app or create an account?

No. Participants join through a guest-session link straight from the browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari). Accounts are only needed for the organizers and their permanent team.

How many guest participants can join?

Guest-session quotas follow the plan: 20 on the Team plan and 50 on the Business plan. For larger classes or special needs, the Enterprise plan is arranged with the sales team.

Can participants be split into small groups?

Yes — that is the strength of the format. Lay out the map with several tables or group rooms; participants simply walk to their table and automatically hear only their own group. Specific rooms can also be locked when a group needs privacy.
