A virtual office for remote startups
Office culture without an office lease: spontaneous stand-ups, quick pairing, and team presence from day one.
What is KAISPACE for startups?
KAISPACE gives a remote startup one always-on 2D office: the whole team appears as avatars on a single map, and audio and video switch on automatically as people approach each other. The office is ready in minutes from the browser — no install, no servers of your own, with per-seat Rupiah pricing.
A startup day in KAISPACE
The morning stand-up simply happens as people arrive in the team zone — no meeting link. Two engineers step into a focus booth to pair, using screen sharing. The founder greets a new hire whose onboarding took no more than opening a browser. In the afternoon everyone regroups briefly for a recap, and the presence map shows who is still heads-down.
Why it fits startups
- Fast start: the office is ready to use in 10 minutes, and new members just open a link in the browser.
- Presence culture: the spontaneous conversations and sense of one room that disappear when everything needs a calendar slot.
- Grows per seat: pay for the people you have, and move up a plan as the team grows.
Frequently asked questions
How small can a startup start with KAISPACE?
The free 7-day trial hosts up to 5 people in 1 SPACE. After that, the Team plan starts at a minimum of 5 seats at IDR 49,000 per seat per month (billed annually), excluding 11% VAT.
What happens when our team grows?
Add seats anytime — billing is per seat per month. When your needs grow (for example Lark integration for attendance and chat), the Business plan starts at IDR 99,000 per seat per month with a minimum of 10 seats, and Enterprise is available on annual contracts for larger organizations.
Can remote culture really form through a virtual office?
A virtual office is not a substitute for culture, but it gives culture a place: presence shows who is around, spontaneous conversations happen by walking up to someone, and team zones create a sense of place. Habits like daily stand-ups and focus hours are still up to your team.
