Frequently asked questions
What counts as one seat?
One person in your organisation. A seat is not tied to a particular name — whoever you invite takes one seat. Minimum purchase: Team 5 seats, Business 10 seats. When seats run out, the next invitation is held until you add seats or remove a member; everyone already inside keeps working.
How does the free trial work?
7 days, up to 5 people, every Business plan feature. Sign up with a working email and phone number, once per company. No credit card. After 7 days the workspace turns read-only for 14 days — subscribe within that window and everything carries on as it was.
Who counts as a guest, and what are the limits?
A guest is a short-term visitor for a meeting: a client, a vendor, a candidate. Guests do not take a seat. A guest link is valid for 24 hours, at most 3 guests at once per SPACE, and one guest session lasts an hour, which an admin can extend once. Guests wait in the lobby until a member admits them, and the session ends when the last team member leaves. The monthly guest allowance follows the plan: Team 20, Business 50, Enterprise unlimited.
What exactly does a recording capture?
An admin in the room starts the recording, and it captures that admin's own session: camera, microphone, and screen. One recording runs up to 80 minutes, and the file can be downloaded 3 times within 3 days. Recording the whole room — every participant at once — is not available yet.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes 11% VAT. We issue a tax invoice with each charge, as long as the company NPWP has been provided.
Can we move from monthly to annual?
Yes, at any time. Whatever you already paid for the current period becomes credit on the next invoice.
What team size does this suit?
Your whole team can be in one SPACE. What is capped is a single conversation: at most 16 people hearing each other, and the 8 nearest getting video. For broadcasting to hundreds of listeners, KAISPACE is not the right tool yet.
What happens to our data if we stop?
SPACE floor plans, the member list, and settings are kept through the grace period. Admins can download their own backup from the admin console.
