KAISPACE security and access controls

KAISPACE is browser-based virtual-office software with account-level access controls, multiple sign-in options, and admin oversight of every space. This page describes what is available today and what is on the roadmap, so teams can evaluate it accurately.

Sign-in and identity

Teams can sign in with email and password, with Google Workspace, or with Lark. SAML SSO is not available yet; it is on the roadmap. Because Lark and Google Workspace sign-in are supported, teams already on those platforms can onboard without creating separate credentials.

Access controls

An admin console manages members and spaces. Lockable zones let teams restrict who can enter a given area of the office map, which keeps focused rooms and sensitive conversations private to the people who belong there.

How calls connect

Audio and video use direct peer-to-peer connections between participants, with no media server in between. One participant connects to up to 16 people at a time. This design suits working teams rather than large broadcast events.

On the roadmap

SAML SSO is planned. Teams with specific compliance, data-residency, or enterprise-security requirements can contact KAISPACE to discuss Enterprise terms.
